The First Slice
Jet and Maria Carlson open the original Jet's pizza on South Broadway in Littleton, CO. A hand-written menu, 12 tables, and a wood-fired oven — that's all it took to start something extraordinary.
Community Recognition
Jet's pizza wins its first "Best Pizza in Colorado" award from Denver Westword. Word spreads fast, and weekend waits stretch to two hours — the best problem we ever had.
Second Location Opens
